ID3A worked with KS Partners to create a large community space in their 500 Enterprise Drive facility including a Fitness Center providing weight training and aerobics machines and a Game Room.
The lack of exterior natural light was a major design challenge solved by using bright colors, LED lighting and glass.
Available to all tenants, the Game Room provides a place to hang out, play games, watch TV or host casual meetings.
