Stevanie Demko, IIDA Interior Design Principal Jason Stabach, AIA Architectural Principal

Stevanie Demko has over 35 years of experience in diverse renovations and new construction interior architectural projects.  She oversees all ID3A project management and design and takes great pride in maintaining good working relationships with the clients, designers and consultants. She excels in programming, budgeting, space planning, product selection, and specification preparation and has earned many awards for both planning and design projects.  Stevanie is currently working with our clients to develop new working environments for Agile Space.  She has visited world leaders in the industry to keep up with current trends and the most cutting edge technology.

Jay has 17 years of experience working on projects consisting of new construction, renovations, and additions for corporate, commercial and higher education clients.  He successfully collaborates with our most significant clients and is experienced in providing design solutions that suit the client’s needs and objectives, the production of construction documents, consultant coordination and construction administration. Jay is a member of the American Institute of Architects and NCARB.  He holds a Bachelor of Visual Arts from the College of Holy Cross and a Masters of Architecture degree from the University of Maryland.  Jay is a Registered Architect in the States of Connecticut and Florida.

Job Description

ID3A seeks an experienced architect with good communication and presentation skills to join our team of interior designers and architects in Glastonbury, CT. We are looking for a talented team player, who is technical-oriented and has a proactive, positive attitude to collaborate with firm principals and design staff on a variety of project types, sizes and durations.


Education / Certification

The ideal candidate is a CT registered architect with a Bachelor's or Masters of Architecture and 5-10 years of experience in the design and/or management of new construction and renovation projects. Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite. Sketch-up or other 3-D software preferred.


Skills & Experience

• Excellent computer and technical skills

• Client relationship skills

• Communication skills; both written and oral

• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

• Responsible and capable of meeting tight deadlines
