She excels in programming, budgeting, space planning, product selection, and specification preparation and has earned many awards for both planning and design projects.
Kathyann has over 34 years experience as a licensed Architect and Senior Project Manager for diverse design and construction projects with a focus on academic environments. She is experienced in master planning, design management, scheduling, budgeting, consultant and staff coordination, documentation coordination, bid phase management and construction administration.
Our staff of professional architects and designers has the design experience necessary to service and maintain strong relationships with our clients. ID3A’s interior design staff provides a full range of services both in conjunction with architectural teams and as stand-alone services which are tailored to our client’s needs and goals. ID3A seeks an interior architect with good communication and presentation skills to join our team in Glastonbury, CT. Experience in architectural interior design and knowledge of construction drawings, space planning and furniture coordination is essential. This person will be working with other designers on multiple projects from SD through closeout.
Education / Certification
The ideal candidate is a CT registered architect with a Balchelor’s or Masters of Architecture and 5+ years experience in the design and documentation of interior projects. Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite. Sketchup and other 3D software preferred.
